How the Dual Credit Program Works
University-Level Courses with College Credit
Students take real university courses while in 11th or 12th grade, allowing them to earn both high school and college credits at the same time.
All university courses are 3 semester credits, making them transferable to many colleges and universities.
Course Length & Credit Breakdown
One-Semester Course (0.5 High School Credit): 85 hours to complete
Two-Semester Course (1.0 High School Credit): 170 hours to complete

The program is not open to all students—enrollment requires SIS approval to ensure students are prepared for rigorous university coursework.
